Hello VMwarers,
I am following that KB Deploy Virtual Machine on a Host or a Cluster from a VM Template in the Content Library but the New VM button is greyed out when I click on the VM Template
Any suggestions
Can you share the content library setting screen shot??
Guess what opened the HTML based and button worked properly, but I am willing to know what you was looking for
I wanted to check if the library is subscribed or not.
No it was my Local library on my VCSA, what if it was a sudscribed ?
Most of the time if the library is subscribed it wont allow you to deploy VM as an option would be grayed out.
then why the subscription, for the subscribed VCs only ?
Apparently, once you have a subscription attached to your CL, you can no longer deploy from the source CL.
Hi,
Do you have correct permissions?
Try assign the permission as Global Permission instead of permission at vCenter level:
Content Library button grayed out ("Create a New Content Library not available")
