Hi,
Our current environment has 3 locations with separate domains in each location. (currently in the process of collapsing remote domains and extending the HQ domain to the remote sites) There is a P2P VPN tunnels between locations with 20ms to one and 50ms latency to the other location.
We have a vCenter server in each location with embedded PSC. The new design requirement is to implement an Enhanced Linked Mode to get a single UI for all vCenters which requires an external PSC.
vCenter server at our HQ is in the management vlan, does external PSC need to be placed in the same vlan with the vCenter or should it go in to the data vlan to be closer to the domain controller?
Thanks
vCenter Server 6.5 Update 2 now supports Enhanced Linked Mode (ELM) when deployed with an Embedded Platform Service Controller (PSC).
