VCenter upgrade 6.7 -> 7.0 fails pre upgrade Check: no attribute replicated_partners_info

Hi,

we try to upgrade the VCSA to 7.0. During the upgrade process the Pre-upgrade check fails with:

Error in method invocation 'SourceInfo' object has no attribute 'replicated_partners_info'

We do not use replication in any way, so I don't know where this error comes from.

On Google, there are zero Results on this error, even when only searching for this attribute.

Can anyone help?

Hi,

I ran into the same issue today and was unable to find anything that told me how to fix. What I ended up doing is two things and mine is now working for the upgrade. I reset the root password on the Vcenter appliance and I then rebooted the appliance and re-ran the per-upgrade check and mine no longer errored out.
