vcloud director failed during the deploying

Hi everyone
during installation of vCloud director 10 i faced an error:
Configure-vcd script failed to complete
can someone help me on this?

edit the file /opt/vmware/appliance/bin/appliance-sync.sh and find

The default value for timeout (/usr/bin/timeout) is 10s, increase it to 30s

save the file and restart the procedure
