Hello everyone, if someone could clarify the following doubts for me:
We have a vsan environment composed of 3 nodes, we want to change the management IP addresses of vCenter and the ESXI Hosts. My query is: Once the IP address change has been made, will it impact the created vsan cluster?
I currently have nodes added by IP address to vCenter, and have VMs created in vSAN.
Will it be necessary to create the cluster again under this scenario?
no need to create a cluster again. I have done this job last week. please follow this step. if you have vDS please note the vDS uplink first.
1. Enter the maintenance mode of the host.
2. Disconnect the host from the cluster
3. Change the management IP address
4. Add the host to the cluster again
5. Exit from maintenance mode
6. add uplink to vDS.
If you have done this please mark this as solved.

thank you very much for the suggestion, you mean that I should disconnect the nodes from vcenter or should I remove them from the inventory? considering that they are added to the cluster by IP and not by DNS
if you added them by Ip then you will need to remove them from the inventory as well indeed.
yes. you can do this. i done this without any data loss
Thanks a lot for your help. I did this job with your suggestion and I did'nt have any problem.
