About the issue of removing the network card driver

Hi all,

I would like to ask about the issue of removing the network card driver.

My customer remove driver of the vic card, then ESXi lost connection.

After I decommissioned and recommissioned UCS, ESXi started up normally, and the drivers still present.

What I am curious about is that the driver had been removed, why did I did a similar reboot action  can cause the driver to recover?

Anybody know ?

Hi @EdrickGreen 

But I have opened the Cisco support case and they said there are no any documents mentioning that UCS can recover the driver.
