Good morning friends,
I have a problem that I do not know what to do. This week, I am no longer able to access vsphere through the web client, it returns an error. By vsphere client, access normally. Only the web that will not. I checked the time in all VMS, only one with the wrong time. Is that the reason? Below is the error screen. Thanks, if anyone can help me.
No error message is available. 😞
Check the vSphere Web Client server logs for details.
below the log
have you tried rebooting the vCenter server appliance ? It will not cause any issues to the VMs running. Please try that, it should fix the issue.
you have attached vCenter vpxd log file which will not help here.
What do you see in the screen (is it blank?) when you access the webclient URL.
What is the version of vCenter server? Have you tried restarting the webclient service ?
The web client screen opens normally, I put the login and password, and then I get this screen
the installed version is 6
Can you please attach the webclient log to check vsphere_client_virgo.log.

Is your VC is appliance or windows version ?
I stopped the service and started the web client, now the error has changed, and neither the user screen and password appears. Here is a new error screen.
My VC is an appliance
Follow the log
This issue occurs because port 80 is used by the SQL Server Reporting Services or any other services just check that once.

I digress for so many questions, but how do I stop this service? I have listed the active services and this is not listed! And another question, stopping this service does not hurt anything in the VMS that are running?

My friend, thank you. It worked, I stopped and started all VC services. It was only to get the services that the web client returned. thank you very much!
I'm also facing this error in windows vCenter server and tried to get help from VMware but they are not able to fix this issue. Just they recommended to revert snapshot, yes we have snapshot for both External PSC and vCenter servers.
Even we checked web client log files, they is no error/warnings and all services are running properly.
If anyone fix this issue in windows vCenter server?
