New deploy rule can't to be ACTIVE (vSphere6.7)

Hello.

I have 2 new server for my vmware. When I create new deploy rule for new servers, I can't to be active them.

I see error - live rule set not cached yet, retry in few seconds.

Please, help me.

I'm solved the problem.

Restarted Auto Deploy and ImageBilder services.
