UMDS Download

I need to stand up UMDS to update the esxi hosts in a closed environment. I have read documentation on how to install UMDS and how to use it. However, I cannot, for the life of me, figure out where to download the '.exe' to install it on my windows box. I feel dumb asking this question but is there anyone that can point me in the right direction?

Since the Update Manager version has to be the same as for UMDS, VMware ships the UMDS setup files with the vCenter Server installation image. If you need the Windows UMDS, you'll have to download the Windows vCenter Server image.
