Running VMware ESXi 5.5.0 3116895.
After one of the operator's "mistakenly" reset the host computer, all of the VMs running on our system now have a black screen when trying to console in from Vsphere. We are still able to ping the VMs and access our share drives but are not able to see the screen, it also isn't responsive to any keyboard or mouse clicks.
We've tried to restart the VMs, tried the hotadd/hotplug fix and tried to disable and re-enable the video card and to no avail.
Any ideas?
