Can someone explain if LACP is superior to LBT (Route based on physical NIC load)? I was recommending to use LBT for an active/active network team, but network admin mentioned that LACP would be the better option since it is able to load balance incoming and outgoing traffic vs. LBT which can only load balance outgoing traffic. I like to use LBT since its powerful and simple to deploy hence no LACP or etherchannel configuration on the switch, but aside from its simple setup, I need an argument to convince network team to use LBT over LACP. Any feedback is appreciated.

Do you have standard or distributed virtual switches?
I thought I replied to this yesterday, but looks like it didn't post.
My answer is vDS.
