1) once we create a vm what files r created?

.VMX (VM config file), .VMDK (Virtual Disk), .VMXF (Supplemental VM Config File), and .VMSD (Snapshot DB file)

2)  what is the name of VM memory file?

.VSWP is the VM's swap file. There is also .VMSN that stores the memory state at time of snapshot.

3) once we poweron a vm what files are created?

The .VSWP file, .LOG file, and the .NVRAM (VM's BIOS or EFI config).

4) how to implement Disaster Recovery at DR site?

This one is worthy of its own discussion. Backup and/or replication are the two choices here. Please open another separate discussion for this item, as there will be many many questions associated with this query.

6) if anything goes wrong on an esx which two logs file u will refer first to troubleshoot???

It depends on the nature of the problem, but /var/log/vmkernel.log or /var/log/vmkwarning.log and/var/log/hostd.log would be my guesses. Also check out the following KBs for the log files and their locations:
