It's been awhile but I thought that when I was working vSphere 4.1 that a Windows 2008 template did not have to be sysprep'd . Seems I recall that there was no need to copy the Sysprep files to the vCenter sysprep folder. I am told that Windows 2008 does need to have the sysprep files copied to the sysprep folder in vCenter. Is that correct?
