Airwatch and Android Upgrade

Hi We have a fleet of devices which are in 4.3.3 and we are planning to upgrade them to version 5 based on the app deployment requirement.

While performing the test we noticed the upgrade to Android version 5 is successful but it just waiting for a reboot .Also after manual intervention it request to grant permission for launcher.

Can the above task be automated?

We had a similar launcher issue with Zebra devices.  Zebra support supplied a tool called com.zebra.setusageaccess that resolved the launcher issue, so you might open a ticket with them.
