App Management

Hi All
Greetings!
Can we deploy an app with different OG with where app id is same and version is different, Please suggest.

the requirement use wants to upgrade the app version for that he has below queries:
1) wants to create new child og with previous policy and restrictions
2) and push app with latest version.

so what will be the impact when he will move the device from parent OG to child OG, does the app will be get override and will be get upgraded with latest version
or the previous app will be get unistalled and will ask for re-install the app again.

quick response will be appriciated.
