I am using TeamViewer QS to remote control android tablets. I have one device that will show a message the ' KLMS agent' is not authorised on the device, which blocks TeamViewer screen from showing up on my windows workstation. Any ideas?
We are also attempting to use TeamViewer on some Android devices but are having an issue where the screen is blank when the session is started. TeamViewer is advising they believe we need to enable screen sharing but there is no option I can find in the restrictions profile which matches. The closest I find is ' Allow screen capture' which I believe would be more related to taking a screenshot. Anyone have any experience with this?
