HUB 23.03.0 IOS Enrollment issue

Hi Team,

Hub's 23.03.0 - Build Number : 0470be6 version has enrollment problems on IOS devices. It works fine in version 23.02.0. Is anyone experiencing this problem? Although we run the 16.4 script, the problem persists.

By do way we tested cloud environment there is no problem. However, there is a problem in the on-premise environment.

When I reviewed the hub Release notes, version 23.03.0 was released on April 5th.

Workaround : You will find the web enrollment URL here: Groups and settings > all settings > System > Advanced > Site URLs > MDM Enrollment URL > Paste this URL on Safari browser and continue with the enrollment.

We are an on-prem shop & experiencing the same problem enrolling iOS devices with HUB 23.03, which was released on: 4/4/2023

I see that version 23.03.1 of BOXER for iOS was also released yesterday.

Hi,

Hub agent 23.03.1 version has been released. This version fixed enrollment issue!
