Anyone experiencing the Hub App not showing the account/username after device enrollment. Device appears to be communicating to Workspace One console and information appears correct within the console, just the Hub App not displaying.
Version of Workspace One 23.03.
Ensure appropriate SDK profile is selected
Settings > Apple > Apple iOS > Intelligent Hub Settings
thank you for the response. I have verified that profile is selected. what is strange is that in only effects new enrollments into WS1

Although not directly related to this issue, Hub 23.03 seems to contain a bug related to enrollemt.

If you used Hub 23.03, it may help to try a newer version Hub(23.03.1).
