The door is locked with Edit Profile MacOS

After upgrade onpremise 2212 to 23.10.0.3 I m unable to edit MacOS Profiles.

Error" the door is locked"   /  test with admin account and maximum privilege on the top OG   same result.

I can create new profile MacOS but when it saved I can't edit.

 

I don t know if it s another issue or I had to wait a sync but in the "devices update" page , MacOS no device updates are available.

I just found a KB that describes little similar problem to your problem.

However, I am not confident that this information will solve your problem.
I think if you contact support you can get more accurate information about the cause of your problem.

just testing this KB after the upgrad but it doesn't work.

I can create new macOS profile but cannot  edit it after

No , I have a ticket with the support , I m waiting

If you have configured a Proxy from UEM, you can try disable it to solve the issue, it worked with me.
