We use "Staging Method" for Windows enrollment
Two of our devices are stuck at the staging account - We use the staging account as an admin and will ship it to the user.
These devices are not giving an option to login as an actual user into Intelligent HUB.
We tried multiple reboots, logout from the user account, and log in as different users. Still, it's not asking for user switching.
Has anyone know how to trigger manual switching?
We are experiencing a similar issue right now, where after switching to the domain account after staging enrolment, the intelligent hub does not pick up on the logged in user. Which Console and Hub versions are you using?
Where are on 21.11.0.27 and the latest Hub (22.03.3).
is anyone have any solution for this?
