shared mailbox

for shared mailbox account, it is disabled and no password. anyone successfully configure a mailbox profile in airwatch for shared mailbox???

I believe Exchange ActiveSync doesn’t support shared mailbox access on devices.

Jeffrey to my knowledge Carlos is correct in that Exchange doesn't support this feature on mobile devices out the box. However I do believe the Boxer team is working on a solution for this that we will hopefully see sometime soon.
