I need to ping the gateway on a remote network, basically a device where no agent can be installed. I've followed the instructions at http://support.hyperic.com/display/EVO/InetAddress+Ping+Platform+Service and the service shows timeouts. I can ping that same IP address from the command line on the Hyperic server.
