Are there any other mail configuration settings besides Administration-> VirtualCenter Management Server Configuration ?
We're constantly getting failed attempts.. however one email did come through this weekend. We've test sending and smtp email from this server to our relay http://support.microsoft.com/kb/323350 and everything appeared fine. We're running Virtual Center 2.5 update 1. Anyone have any other suggestions?
Do you have virus scan on your vc host? If so, check those logs, the virus scan services usually block port 25 outbound by default.
