I can not install VirtualCenter Server on a server M3 X3550 SO (Windows Server 2008 R2 Std)

I want to install the VirtualCenter Console 4.1 on a server X3550 M3 wiht  operating system  Win2008 R2 Stad(64 bits). When I install the VirtualCenter option displays a message that states:

The programs of features D:\vpx\Vmware-Vcenter.exe cannot start or run due to incompatibity with 64 bits version of Windows.

Note: The version of VMware I'm using is 64-bit

I also made the installation on a server with win 2008 server Standard full (64 bits) and got the same error

which may be happening?

often issues like this are caused by a corrupted download or burned CD. As a first troubleshooting step, please verify the MD5 checksum of the downloaded ISO and then burn the ISO to another CD. Btw is there a special reason you install vCenter Server on a physical server instead of a virtual machine?
