vMotion & Storage vMotion via vCenter API ?

Is it possible to execute vMotion and Storage vMotion via vCenter API ? I'm trying to investigate whether it's possible to trigger vMotion from the northbound CRM system. If yes, do you have by chance sample code snippets ?

Have a look at the Move-VM cmdlet from vSphere PowerCLI:
