how to storage vmotion a single vmdk

We have as fileserver with several vmdk´s. Now we want to migrate ONLY one vmdk to another datastore.

How is this possible with vCenter 4.0? All hosts are ESXi4.

With VC 4.0 and SVMotion license you can do with a live VM.

With VC 4.0 and without SVMotion, you can do a cold storage migration.

Just begin the migration process (choose change datastore), than choose advanced and select single disk destination.
