can create new job and do synch after power off source VM

Hi

i have 3 question about VR function:

1 - when i do failover and start job the protected VM will be start on my second site now i want to now if want to know after doing fail back do i have to delete replication job that has been created and create a new job for fail back?

2 - can i do test failover ? ( for example if i run protected VM on second site can then power off that and do i continue for synch ?

3 - i read the doc but could not understand complete for example i defined RPO for  20min  first synch start at 13:00 and it will be take 15 min to complete and will be finish at 13:15 now i want to now  second synch will be start at 13:20 ?
