vm virtual machine pauses and wont restart

hi guys i have had today and yesterday 2 of my 4 vms pause on me and wont then re power on unless i reboot server.

Any ideas why this happens and is there a fix for it??

Just a guess. How much free disk space do you have on the datastore?
