Windows 7 32 bit just sticks on welcome screen ?

Hi

i have just created a new windows 7 desktop joined it to domain etc, created the snap and then depolyed the pool using that snap, when the desktop clones and becomes ready and i try to login to it it just stays at the Welsome screen with the spinning logo ?

has anyone seen this ? i am not using a blank desktop wallpaper either.

Cheers in advance for any help i am new to vdi

just an update it seems to be somethign to do with a novell zenworks agent that is in the image thats causing the login problem.

Thanks for the update  Gareth.  I for one am not familar with Zenworks but there may be some other post in the forums that may help you out.  Have you tried search the View forum for similar issues?

You are correct it is the View forum.  I was just suggesting a search to see if you could locate any previous post with a similar kidn of issue.

No worries, we simply don't see a lot of Novell stuff in the forum so I wasn't sure how many responses you would get.
