VM Hangs with Unexpected Signal 10 Error

WoodyZ, can you look at this and repair it so I can get this VM to load.....I get this error.

Unexpected signal: 10.
A log file is available in "/Users/bslaws/VM/LowesWin7 14-17-27-076.vmwarevm/vmware.log".  Please request support and include the contents of the log file.
To collect data to submit to VMware support, choose "Collect Support Information" from the Help menu.
You can also run "/Library/Application Support/VMware Fusion/vm-support.tool" directly.
We will respond on the basis of your support entitlement.
The VM just hangs and wont resume.
Thanks.

Hi scottostrowski,

The failure you're seeing strongly suggests that the storage device containing the virtual machine is failing.

I strongly advise that you run Apple Hardware Test (and/or your favorite disk diagnostic test) to test your disks.

You'll probably be able to get the VM to boot if you delete the suspended state, but – unless my analysis is incorrect or it is a result of a one-off "bad write" on the disk – it is very likely you will encounter data loss later if you don't address the underlying hardware problem.

Cheers,
