So a number of years ago, our Administrative Assistant purchased a copy of VMware Workstation Pro for me using our departmental credit card. She upgraded it whenever I told her another version was available and she would provide me with the license string she was furnished. She has since retired and now we can't access the license portal because it's in her name and based on her company email address that is no longer valid.
How do we get this changed when we can't access the portal?
If you don't have the password that she used, I would guess that contacting sales at Vmware would be your only recourse. This a users helping users forum and does not really address sales questions.

This is where VMware Support sent me.
I think you need sales, not support. This is users helping users. You need someone to give you a password to that account. I would guess they would need a copy of the invoice.
