I will be really appreciated if You could help me with some case.
I have a 3 node vSAN cluster that run on 8.0.3
The FTT is RAID 0/FTT0.
I would like to use RAID 1/FTT1.
Should I deploy a vSAN witness to act as the 3rd host and allow us to use RAID1 policy?
At the begining You should check CPU compability
@MikeSmarz If it is a 3-node cluster and all nodes have Disk-Groups/Storage-Pools then that is sufficient for creating RAID1,FTT=1 objects already and doesn't require any additional node or Witness.
Also, a witness only works with:
