Strange Message after esx load ,instead of a normal management console

Good night.
Faced a strange situation, after replacing the memory and network card when loading a strange message greetings -on a black background only one line S2: Hello,I Hear and obey!

not one of 3 nic not responding in tipical protocol like icmp,https,ssh

. in the log especially criminals did not find,

Google also does not know such messages

I will be grateful for the ideas

no response beacose ip is somehow change ,but this is no problem ^) - one 4more thanks///
